Job Profile :-
Greetings in soft and polite manner to every incoming call of board line
Respond/ acknowledge all emails within 15 minutes
Assign all logged Incident and service request in TIM within TAT
Manages business cards request & Prepare and submit weekly Helpdesk report
Track all pending calls and take update from Soft and Technical Fes for closures
Coordinate and send Work anniversary mementos to respective employees
Learning center updates and arrange chairs for events
Kronos data addition and deletion(since locldown system not operational)
Tracking of all SR & IR for pending calls
Coordination with FE tech & Soft for compliant management.
Preparing & Presenting Weekly report on TIM to client
Managing all calls within SLA & without escalations
Maintaining the requisition of the stationery
Ordering the stationery stuff
Providing envelops to client as per request
Providing drawer duplicate keys ( with help of admin office boy)
Making Internation conference calls for client
Photo ID card creation
JIO 21 Travel desk(Activation & Deactivation)
Coordinating with EPBAX vendors for Telephone issues
