Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Attending calls for registering complaints and requests and forward to field staff.
· Field Staff Management i.e. Technician Deployment Plan, Ticketing and Cash Advance
· Technician Expenses Checks and Approval.
· Service related Admin Activities i.e. tickets and hotel bookings / approvals
· Feedback Data Entry & Spare request. Data Analysis Report to be shared.
· Ensure Proper Filing, Receipt and Filing of Service Commissioning Reports, & FPTS sent by Field Staff.
Other Requirements:
· Knowledge in Ms-Office.
· Location – Delhi
· Shift Time – Day / Night (rotational shift)
· Communication skill with good knowledge of MS Excel, Word is required the most.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
