Designation Assistant Manager Deputy Manager Finance Accounts Location Mumbai MH Your roles and responsibilities 1 Ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions based on accounting standards including providing advice on application of accounting standards 2 Preparing statutory reports and filing with the regulators including liaising with external auditors 3 Hold board meetings and ensure all required regulations are met 4 Tax submissions corporate tax GST VAT and withholding tax including engaging tax consultants and service providers 5 Provide tax advice for projects and deals 6 Cash management for the country including bank relationship and ensuring sufficient cashflow 7 Ensure fitforpurpose internal controls balancing between risks and costs 8 Maintain Authorization Matrix ensuring that it is uptodate and provide advice on application + Remain compliant and have high quality accounting and reporting 10 Lead implementation or upgrade of new systems including ERP 11 Support and facilitate master database setup and cleanup Who you are 1 A qualified Chartered Account with 3 to 5 years of work experience a must 2 Minimum 2 years of experience with manufacturing industry Finance Professional independently capable of handling financial accounting audits statutory and tax regulations besides other areas 3 Strong accounting and financial background with good exposure to audits and taxes 4 Excellent English language proficiency and exposure to MNC Big 4 audit firms preferable This job opening was posted long time back It may not be active Nor was it removed by the recruiter Please use your discretion
