Job Description
Performs audit reviews of and may adjudicate complex high-dollar claims by completing an end-to-end audit with final approval authority.
Reviews and analyzes data for in-process claims in order to identify and resolve errors prior to final adjudication.
Exercises good judgment and remains knowledgeable in related policies and procedures
To attend client calibration calls
To coordinate with SMEs to address any identified issues for resolution.
Achieves teamwork, production, and quality standards in order to assure timely, efficient, and accurate claims processing.
Tracks and trends audit results, providing feedback to management
Willing to work both in WFO & WFH.
Flexible to shift hours predominantly in Noon to Mid Night Shift IST Hours.
Candidate must have 2 - 6 years of experience in Adjudication
Candidate must have excellent analytical and interpersonal skill
Employees who are currently level 3 and 4 may apply
Applicant in possession of team leader.
Applicant must be a graduate.
Flexible to shift hours predominantly in Noon to Mid Night Shift IST Hours.
Willing to work both in WFO & WFH.
