Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
• Overseeing complex tax preparation for corporate, personal, and partnership returns, leveraging industry knowledge and analytical skills.
• Leading tax compliance and planning initiatives to drive strategic growth and improve financial performance.
• Supervising and mentoring tax teams, fostering professional development and advancing best practices.
• Utilizing QuickBooks and other tools for financial reporting and analysis, supporting data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of progressive and continuous tax experience in public accounting, demonstrating strong client management, team leadership, and organizational skills.
