Job Title: Higher Secondary School Teacher
Location: Kerala , Telangana , Andhra prasedh Goa
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with B.Ed can also apply)
Job Summary:
Hiring qualified PGT Teachers for Senior Secondary classes to ensure strong conceptual and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach specialized subjects (Science / Commerce / Humanities)
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the higher secondary curriculum
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers
• Conduct tests, exams, and evaluate student performance
• Maintain student records, attendance, and progress reports
• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students
• Manage classroom discipline and encourage interactive learning
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and parent interactions
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in relevant subject
• B.Ed (Mandatory)
• SET/NET preferred (for higher academic standards)
Skills Required:
• Strong subject knowledge
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Classroom management ability
• Student mentoring and guidance skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / online teaching tools)
