Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily review of Loan MIS and monthly review of Debt MIS.
• Plan fund allocation and ensure optimal utilization of free funds.
• Quarterly preparation and reconciliation of interest on loans.
• Monitor and analyze company investments, providing options to management.
• Track loan and FD interest rates and ensure compliance with loan agreements.
• Coordinate with bankers on account management and regulatory compliance.
• Manage repayment of loans and debentures, and address bank-related queries.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and financial management policies.
• Oversee daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and bank reporting.
• Verify vendor payments for GST compliance and TDS deduction.
• Perform ledger reconciliations and prepare financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors and ensure timely submission of audit data.
• Prepare MIS reports and enhance financial systems like SAP ERP.
Key Qualifications & Skills
• Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 0-4 years of experience
• Communication skills: Ability to tailor conversations (both verbal & written) around the need of customer with utmost focus on service delivery.
• Financial Understanding: An understanding of the intricacies of financial analysis, the balance sheet, profit & loss accounts and cash flow statements. Knowledge of basic banking products.
