Role & responsibilities
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
A basic understanding of the accounting processes, especially the accounts payable process.
Job entails timely and accurate processing of invoices as per requirement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently input invoice data into the accounting system, including vendor information, invoice number, date,
amounts, line items, and relevant coding
Escalate complex issues or exceptions to the appropriate team member or supervisor.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet processing deadlines.
Follow established invoice processing procedures and guidelines.
Stay updated on any changes to processes or policies.
Identify potential process improvements and provide feedback to the supervisor.
Participate in training and development activities to enhance job skills

Key Qualifications
Graduate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or any Graduation
Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoice processing concepts is a plus.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
