Position for Account Executive
1. Basics of accounting should be clear
2. Good Communication Skills
3. Email etiquettes
4. Tech Savvy
Ready to take charge of the financial transactions by administering accounting
operations to support the financial performance of the company.
Should be familiar with payroll, invoices and cost report preparations.
Should demonstrate interest in managing accounting activities, including
accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle
time-sensitive tasks.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and
procedures.
Invoicing of India, Philippines and Malaysia
Payment follow up, preparation and transferring of salaries (India, Nigeria,
Kenya, Malaysia) and checking of Philippines salaries
Updation of accounts on the company website MyGLIT
Generating Cost Report
Accounting of clients
Making personal payments and other bill payments
Assisting the Assistant Manager in India Invoicing and billing for tax purpose
Contracting
Making changes and rectification in the company website
Those with good experience into Finance and International accounting and compliances Designation and salary would be even higher
