DealShare is a social ecommerce platform for your daily essentials such and F&B;, General merchandise and electronics. We are on a mission to re-invent e-retail for the next billion users. Dealshare has 2 MN customers across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Delhi NCR with monthly transactions of 1.2 million and annual GMV of USD 60MN. Our aim is to open our operations in 100 cities across India and annual GMV of USD 1 Billion by end of the year. DealShare has raised series C funding of USD 21 Mn with key investors like WestBridge Capital, Falcon Edge Capital, Matrix Partners India, Omidyar Network, Z3 Partners and Partners of DST Global.We are a fast growing, friendly and supportive team looking for passionate problem solvers to disrupt e-retails for the digital bharat.
Position – Finance-Executive/Sr-Executive/AM
Primary Responsibility: -
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Process invoices
Documents verification
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update internal systems with financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (MIS)
Reconcile bank statements
Compliance Management
Participate in financial audits
Vendor Payment Management
Cash Flow Management
Track bank deposits and payments
Assist with budget preparation
Taxation-Direct/Indirect returns
Review and implement financial policies
Candidate Profile: -
Good communications skills
Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role of 2 -3 years
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
Experience using financial software (SAP, TALLY, ERP)
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of financial regulations(GST, TDS, VAT, TAX)
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Sharp time management skills
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
B.com/M.com degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Professional qualification as a CA is considered a plus
Preferably from Ecommerce/Retail Industry
