Key Accountabilities:
1) Searching suitable profiles of candidates as per the given requirements through using various job portals and other social & professional networking sites.
2) Screening and Short-listing the profile of candidates.
3) Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates.
4) Handling end to end recruitment process.
