Hiring for International Customer Service (Voice & Chat Process).
BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR PUNE VOICE PROCESS
work from office
2 dose vaccination mandatory
Any GraduateUndergraduate with minimum 1 year of experience candidates can apply.
Salary up to 4.8 Lpa + variables
5 Days working / 2 rotational offs
Cab service will be available for both sides.
Location : - Pune
BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR KOLKATA CHAT PROCESS
work from office
2 dose vaccination mandatory
FOR KOLKATA LOCATION NEED 10+2+3 YEARS OF REGULAR EDUCATION IS MANDATORY.
BTECH,BE,ME,MTECH,MCA,MSC OR ANY CORRESPONDENCE GRADUATION PASS OUT CANDIDATES CANNOT APPLY.
GRADUATE WITH MINIMUM + MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN BPO, KPO, HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY, SALES, BLENDED ETC.
MAXIMUM EXPERIENCE 5 TO 6 YEARS.
Salary up to 5.5 Lpa + including NSA
5 days working / 2 rotational offs
Cab service will be available for both sides.
UK / US / Australian
IMPORTANT POINTS :
Candidates must be comfortable with night shifts.
No MTI issues.
Candidates must be comfortable with a fully voice process.
Candidates must be good in Customer service.
AGE up to 40 to 45.
NEED EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
INTERNATIONAL VOICE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY.
