As an Assistant Manager - SME, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, profitability, and employee development across our channel. Your primary responsibilities will include:
β€’ Managing and supporting a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.
β€’ Exploring new markets, allocating resources to profitable opportunities, and ensuring effective deployment of the sales team.
β€’ Creating a strong and compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
β€’ Negotiating with builders to secure business in a cost-effective manner.
β€’ Identifying sales training needs, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
β€’ Developing and implementing promotional plans, contests, and innovative marketing strategies.
β€’ Recruiting, retaining, and motivating high-performing employees.
β€’ Fostering exceptional employee relationships, motivation, and engagement to drive results and satisfaction.
β€’ Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Key Challenges: Providing excellent customer service in a dynamic market while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
