Job Description
Would be responsible for Business Development and Client acquisition
- Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings. Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
- Identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
- Negotiate terms and close the deal.
- Provide the best possible solution to customers.
- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan
• Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate Sales
- Highly self
- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Hardworking and efficient
- Good English and Hindi Communication skills
- Should be good at presentation of ideas to the client
- Should know MS office and should be good with numbers
• Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
