Work Experience
BPO 1-2 :Overall work experience of 2+ years with experience in supporting Recruitment Onboarding administrative activities function for an organization.
BPO 3 :1) Overall work experience of 3+ years within HR operations with minimum 2 years of experience in processing Recruitment transactions or hiring candidates
• Should have interacted with candidates preferably processed onboarding cases
• Should have worked as / experience as an Quality checker (transactions) and trained or improve bottom associates performance
BPO 4 :1) Overall work experience of 5+ years within HR operations with minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience in handling a team of 10-20 recruiters
• Should have interacted with customer for metrics and tracking
• Preferred experience as an Quality checker (transactions) and trained or improve bottom associates performance
• Preferred experience in handling customer stakeholder
Accountabilities of the Role

Full-lifecycle recruiters supporting competitive requisitions (P1 hiring) from req assigned to offer accept. Own relationship with hiring managers.
Candidate focus
Full-lifecyle: manages requisition, hiring manager relationship, candidate attraction strategy, candidate engagement, offer process, etc.
Ideally own 30-100 open positions at a time
Ability to influence (hiring managers and internal stake holders)
Develop/build subject matter expertise in the skill they support
Ability to use/understand data
Sourcing acumen
Effective communication skills
High level of ownership
Ability to leverage Workday, LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, Tableau, HiredScore, Textio, etc.
Ability to work high volume and effectively load balance work
Knowledge of recruitment advertising levers.
