Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networks
• Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.,
• Interviewing applicants - via virtual platforms and conducting on-site interviews.
• Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
• Maintain candidate databases
• Contributes to other HR and engagement activities
• Monitor and apply best HR recruiting practices
• Knowledge of HR functions and concepts, passionate to build their career in the HR field
• Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role shall be preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
