Attendance and Time keeping • Assist in handling joining and exit formalities • Working closely with other departments to understand Manpower requirement • Recruiting workers for Rubber products manufacturing company • Liasoning with ITI Institutes for recruitment. • Basic Administration work • Assist in HR Audits • Compliance of Labor Laws • Induction of new joiners • Undertaking regular performance reviews • Maintaining employee records • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
