You will provide information to our potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by IndiaMart. You’ll play a key role in increasing our sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion, refer more duties to apply telesales jobs in Jodhpur earlier.
Job Duties of Tele Sales executive job in Jodhpur
• Firstly, you’ll work as individual contributor,
• Build and manage productive and also professional relationships with Jodhpur clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
• Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMart,
• Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
• Prompt resolution of Rajasthan client complaints,
• Assist the Jodhpur field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures
• Lastly, Daily telephone/video calls with clients.
