• Provide technical information and help
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries/support and issues related to Server hardware, OS and Software, and network systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, either via phone, email, chat, Remote Support or Onsite Support.
Document and track technical issues and resolutions. Can maintain ticketing system.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure effective problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of software and hardware.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product updates to provide accurate and relevant support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position (Server or PC Technical Support Engineer / CCTV / Access Control / Storage/ Network/ IoT Devices experience Preferred).
Strong understanding of computer systems, Electronic Security Product, and other tech products.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
BCA/B-tech (IT/ECE/EEE or relevant )/BE (IT/ECE/EEE or relevant )/BSc IT/ Diploma in IT/ Diploma in Networking/.
Additional certification preferable CCNA/CCNP/Server Administrator etc.
