Tasks 1.
the candidate should have thorough experience of minimum 5 yrs to handle bank compliance relatng to working capital/ Term loan/LC/Bank Gaurantee, forward contract etc.

He should also be capable of understanding the basics of sensitivity analysis, application of fund flow, and preparation of daily cash flow statement.
3. Timely reporting, assesment of working capital, requirement, preparation & CMA, liason with Bank officials. 4. GST+ Income Tax 5. Finalisation of quarterly/annual financial results with complaince of applicable accounting standards. 6. to guide/ monitor the job of 7-8 staff eorking in accounts and finance department 7. Designe, Analysis and submission of MIS to management 6. Conversant in Tally ERP-+ 7. Computer savvy and good communication skills Technical Skills Or Desired Candidate skills 1. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. 2. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems 3. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. 4. In- depth knowledge about the commercial aspects of an export organization. 5. Working knowledge about GST
