Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Home & Lifestyle Accessories Designer at Happy Earth located in Sonipat, Haryana. He/She will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle, from conceptualizing and designing new products to overseeing sampling and production. They will work closely with the design and marketing teams to identify market trends, develop product strategies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and passion for Home Decor and lifestyle accessories
• Experience in product designing, merchandising, and development
• Ability to analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CAD, and other design software
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the sustainable fashion industry is a plus
• Knowledge of ethical sourcing and production practices is a plus
