Job Description: Home Loans Associate/Sr. Associate /Asst. Mgr.
Work Location Mumbai Western & Central, Thane, Navi Mumbai, KDMC
Responsibilities The candidate will work as an Associate and will be responsible for providing home loan solution to customers looking to purchase property in partner project by evaluating customer's financials. Follow up with customers to provide desired loan solution. Will be responsible for business for assigned account (Project) and relationship management at site. Maintaining relationships with Sales head, CRM Head and other teams of assigned project. Farming more business from assigned accounts by providing good service, reviews with teams. Maintaining excellent relations with banks and financial institutions to get the best solution from them. Take daily reporting of bankers present at site. Maintain proper MIS. Required Skills At least 2 years experience in B2B sales or in Home Loan Advisory Strong communication and presentation skills Good analytical skills Hunger for learning and growth.
Also Please Note:
• Saturday, Sundays will be working. 1 weekly off will be given.
• Good Communication in English as he will sitting at Mandate site.
• Relevant experience in Home Loans (HL), Business Loans (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans (ML) (even if its 1 year)
• Consistency in previous jobs
