We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team at The Court as a Hospitality Assistant based within the Beautiful Buckshaw Retirement Village, Chorley!
The company is unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role. You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Pay & Hours:
Rate of Pay - £12.22 per hour
Hours of Work – 14 hours per week
Shift Pattern – Working to a rota covering 7 days per week
The Role:
As a member of our hospitality team, you will work in the on-site bistros ensuring the delivery of a high-quality food and beverage service to residents of The Grange & Court and their visitors. You will work with your colleagues, under the direction of Hospitality Supervisor and with the support of our catering team to deliver hot, fresh food to our residents.
As a Hospitality Assistant you will:
Play a key role in ensuring our residents and visitors receive a high-quality food and beverage service within the Bistro or if required delivered to their apartment.
Deliver excellent customer service to our residents and their visitors.
Be given training in food safety, health & safety legislation and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
Take orders for food and drinks & receive payments, providing both table and bar service as required.
