Bartender & Hospitality Performer – Vivat Bacchus, London

The Role
Primary focus: Bartending – delivering drinks service, wine knowledge, cocktail flair, and great chat.
Also: Table Hosting – waiting tables with warmth, rhythm, and presence when needed.
Flexibility is key. One shift you might be mixing Negronis, the next you’re guiding guests through a South African wine journey.
Who You Are
You’ve got personality, presence, and that rare ability to make every guest feel seen and special.
You feel deeply passionate about South African culture, wine, food, or hospitality.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments — you thrive under pressure and know how to bring the vibe.
You don’t “serve.” You host, entertain, engage, and elevate.
