Artificial Intelligence etc. Relay India operates from Ahmedabad and Vadodara offices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Daily Revenue Reconciliation with POS System.
• Daily Revenue report preparation and publish to the hotel management.
• Daily revenue export from POS and post to accounting system.
• Preparation of the daily cash and credit card reconciliation statement and post the entry in accounting core system.
• Daily income audit and pass on the queries to the counterpart and follow up until resolve.
• Check the bank statement on daily basis and pass the related entry in accounting system and reconciled the bank every day.
• Booking the daily account payable invoice in system and pass it on to the authorized person for approval and after approval process the payment according to the due dates.
• Proceed the vendor and tax payment as per due dates.
• Take ownership of the month end process.
• Book the monthly entries related to month end (prepaid, depreciation, accrual, etc.)
• Payroll reconciliation and book the payroll entry in system as per payroll cycle.
• Proceed the payroll payment as per pay cycle.
• General Ledger balance scrutiny weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare the Balance sheet reconciliation statement upon month end close.
• Review the P&L with management on a monthly basis.
• Perform and month end and year end activity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1-4 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience in Hotel Industry.
