Job Description
This Full-Time Hotel Accountant role has become available due to an internal promotion. The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller and work closely with a Senior Finance Officer. Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring and controlling cash flow for the hotel
Preparing and checking accuracy of financial information sent to stakeholders
Managing Accounts Payable and ensuring accurate expense coding
Performing fortnightly payroll and chairing payroll meetings
Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements
Collaborating with Department Managers to enhance departmental and hotel profitability
