• Enter, review, and approve invoices in M3 and other accounting systems.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare payment schedules in coordination with finance teams.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to validate expenses and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Prepare reports related to payables, outstanding liabilities, and vendor activity.
• Assist with audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies.
• Support month-end closing activities and general ledger reconciliation related to payables.
