Responsibilities
You work with the Front Office management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests
You own the guest experience and work with the other departments, from housekeeping to maintenance, to deliver on the hotels standards and service expectations
Checking guests in and out accurately, ensuring proper credit is obtained
Making reservations and upselling as appropriate
Ensuring proper handling of credit cards, cash and other forms of billing/payments
Answer phone calls, proficiently use the computer and other technologies
Ability to act as a concierge and perform your duties while always providing exceptional guest service
Constantly communicate with other shifts, departments and management in an accurate and respectful manner

This is a Full Time Position, *we are looking for someone to work Tuesday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM AND Saturday 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM*

You own the guest experience and work with the other departments, from housekeeping to maintenance, to deliver on the hotels standards and service expectations.
