• Guest Reception and Seating:Greeting guests, managing reservations, providing accurate wait time estimates, and escorting guests to their tables.
• Reservation Management:Handling bookings, cancellations, and modifications, while accommodating special requests for guests.
• Guest Assistance:Answering phone calls, providing information about hotel facilities and services, and addressing guest inquiries or issues.
• Dining Area Maintenance:Ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and properly set for operations.
• Staff Coordination:Communicating with kitchen and service staff to optimize seating and workload, contributing to smooth operations.
• Customer Service:Creating a warm atmosphere, building relationships with guests, and ensuring a pleasant overall dining experience.
