• Responsible for making hotel reservations worldwide.
• Liaising with suppliers & hotels for request of rooms as per customer's requirement.
• Providing Sales support for hotel bookings for B2B and retail customers.
• Ensuring Quality check on each booking.
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Any Graduate or Diploma in IATA
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in backend hotels Fulfilment division.
• Good working knowledge of hotel terminology etc.
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Willingness to work in UK shift.
