We're Hiring: Hotel Operations Manager – Park Avenue Hotels, Bannerghatta Road
Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore

Park Avenue Hotels is opening a brand-new branch on Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore! We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and performance-driven Hotel Operations Manager to lead the operations and ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of our upcoming business hotel.
This is a key leadership role where you'll be responsible for setting up systems, building a strong team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all departments – Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B (if applicable), Maintenance – to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff for the new property; conduct briefings, appraisals, and performance reviews.
• Establish and implement SOPs and operational systems suited to a business hotel.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by proactively managing complaints and ensuring service excellence.
• Work closely with the owners/management to align operations with brand standards and expectations.
• Handle vendor coordination, inventory, and property maintenance effectively.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, fire, safety, and government regulations.
• Generate daily operational reports and support the pre-opening setup and launch.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in business or boutique hotels.
• Proven experience in managing a hotel or leading operations in a senior role.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and operational reporting.
• Prior experience in new hotel openings or pre-opening setups is a strong plus.
• Must be Bangalore-based or have strong knowledge of the local hospitality environment.
