Chartered Accountant
We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in managing GST, income tax, cash flows, books of accounts, and ROC compliance. The candidate must be proficient in accounting software and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and documents accurately and timely.
• Manage the company's tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Monitor cash flows and ensure the accuracy of accounting records.
• Manage the company's books of accounts and ensure their completeness and accuracy.
• Handle ROC compliances, including preparing and filing forms and maintaining statutory records.
• Provide financial analysis, business advice, and support to management.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, income tax, cash flows, books of accounts, and ROC compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
