• Human Resources:
• Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Assist in payroll processing
• Address employee queries and concerns
• Organize employee engagement activities and appraisals
• Administration:
• Maintain office supplies and handle procurement
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts
• Oversee maintenance of office assets and infrastructure
• Support management with documentation and scheduling
• Accounting:
• Record and maintain financial transactions
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts
• Reconcile financial statements and petty cash
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Coordinate with CA/auditors during audits or tax filings
Candidate Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally/Zoho Books)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
