Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced "HR, Admin & Accounts" professional to join our team. The main aim of the candidate would be to handle HR-related tasks, office administration, and basic accounting.
Responsibilities and Duties
HR
Filling positions within the organizations in the required timeframe
Drafting Job descriptions
Conducting and coordinating interviews of prospective candidates
Employee On-boarding and Subsequent Management (Offer letter, induction, attendance, Salary slips processing, etc.)
Liaising with third party vendors for recruitment (Agencies, Institutes, etc)
ADMIN
Manage Office Administrative Work (laptop procurement, pantry management, utility management, office maintenance, etc)
Maintain Proper Record (expense records, Cash reimbursements.
ACCOUNTS
Handling Basic Accounting (Generating Invoices, maintaining invoice records, GST filing, etc.)
Following up with clients for the invoice payments via call and email
Liaising with third party CA and Finance firms
Required Experience and Qualifications
Efficient time management skills - must be able to work independently and handle multiple ongoing tasks with rapidly changing priorities
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
