The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, manpower planning and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence. Responsibilities

Oversee full cycle of manpower management
Daily time officer role (Attendance, OT mapping, etc)
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities for audit purposes
Conduct relevant training across departments
Maintaining MIS report
Result-oriented in operation functions
Solving employee grievances
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Male candidate required

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
