Job Description
To be successful in this role, you should have solid time management and organizing skills and be familiar with HR functions.
Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
2. Daily and monthly maintain track of employee attendance and leave balances
3. Delivery employee onboarding induction training on HR policies and processes
4. Update internal databases with new hire information
5. Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
6. Gather payroll data and share the proper format to the PF and ESIC consultant
7. Check and verify all PF and ESIC challans are created accurately by the consultant
8. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
+. Maintain budgets and checks on costings of office supplies (stationery and pantry)
10. Keep a track of office safety keys and locks
11. Be the custodian and guardian of the cleanliness and hygiene of all office spaces
12. Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
Candidate Profile
1. Fluent English Speaking MUST
2. Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
3. Ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
4. High in confidence, good communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Self-learner: highly curious, self-starter and can work with minimum supervision and guidance.
6. Entrepreneurial mind set with a positive attitude is a must.
