Designation : HR & Admin EXEUTIVE
Reporting to : HR/ADMIN Head
Role & Responsibility HR :
• Interview line up, selection process to be followed
• Joining formalities should be completed with all papers within one week of joining
• Offer letters should be released within 2 days for shortlisted candidates
• Should do Back calling / Referral Check for all selected candidates within 15 days of joining the company.
• Should release Appointment Letters within one week after Verification / Referral Check confirmation has been received.
• Should maintain Personal files of all employees
• New Openings and recruitment, Reference from existing employees, New paper ad for recruitment
• Maintaining PF Challan, ESIC Challans, Yearly P.T. challan, LWF challan, Yearly registration copies should be updated as on date
• Maintain records and documents of all compliances in safe custody
• Keeping track records of all paper work of outsource company
• Prepare and coordinate with PAN India branches to collect the monthly attendance data and same to forward in required format to accounts team for salary
• Resolve all queries of employees within stipulated timeline and forwarding branch wise attendance for salary calculation
• Issuing salary slip and any other paper work required
Role & Responsibility Admin :
• Maintaining Facility Management like: Water, Electricity, Phone Lines, Security, Furtinure and Fixtures, etc.
• Fulfilling of various requirement of Pan -India sectors
• Timely Renewal of Certificate like: Shop & Establishment certificate, Insurance Weighing machine license, etc
• Cross-Checking of AMC of All Vendors, Equipments of Machinery, water supply, Security Services. etc
• Cross-checking of statutory bills of mobiles, landlines, water supply etc for Pan India,
• Preparing of Rent Agreement, Vehicle Agreement All India
• Deposition of cash & cheque in banks whenever required,
• Making payment to various vendor like MTNL, BSNL, Reliance, Airtel, Vodafone etc
• Coordination with vendors for Supply of Goods, Price deduction Etc,
• Issuing Purchase Orders for the Purchase of the Stationary for Office Use Purpose
• Responsible for all Stationery maintenance in the head office and across pan India
• To look after Requirement for each Branch
• Statutory Compliance installation and payments of: Telephone Bills, Internet Bills, Broadband Bills, Mobile Bills, Electricity Bills, Vendor Management / Negotiation, Vehicle Management, Premises Maintenance
• Looking out of new premises and signing of Agreement
• Housekeeping, Furniture and other office structures
• You will also have an imprest amount maintained for daily expenses and ensure that expenses are rightfully, Liaisoning with Licensing Authorities and Security Management
• Daily monitoring of CCTV for PAN India and need to check all the staff are in proper uniform
• Order and maintain stock of AWB and other printing stationery
• Maintenance of company owned vehicles PAN India
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
