HR Admin ExecutiveExp. - 2+yrsLocation - BangaloreAdministration :1. Supervise and manage the peon and cleaning lady2. Liaise with visitors to office3. Liaise with Chartered Account to get CA staff to update Ledgers in Tally software.4. General filing of documents5. Taking care of fixed assets – furniture and computer equipment etc.6. Provide space and backup reports of specific serversHuman Resource :1. Provide all recruitment administration support2. Ensure new joiner record checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner3. Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and induction4. Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies andprocedures in a timely and effective manner5. Handle all leave processes and queries6. Handle health and safety processes and queries7. Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures8. Payroll processing
