Job Description
Works closely with the HR Manger and active role play in joining and exit process.
Data Entry and Reporting: Enter data accurately into the system and maintain databases. Assist in generating reports and preparing presentations as requested.
Office Management: Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Administrative Support: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Communication and Coordination: Handle inquiries related to infrastructure and provide information to employees and visitors.
Requirements
You have completed your academics with a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration in HR or a relevant field..
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
You have strong organizational and time management abilities.
You are well verse with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
You have attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
You have strong interpersonal skills.
You have ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
You have adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
You do not have any timing constraints.
