Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles.
• Review and shortlist relevant CVs for open positions.
• Share interview assessment forms and coordinate interview schedules with senior management.
• Conduct salary negotiations and finalize offers.
• Issue Offer Letters and Appointment Letters post-selection.
• Collect and verify employee documentation prior to onboarding.
• Define and communicate Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) to new joiners.
• Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company policies, systems, and forms.
• Share and explain the Staff Manual and Performance Appraisal system.
2. HR Operations & Employee Relations
• Maintain and update the employee Leave Tracker on a monthly basis.
• Review and revise the Staff Manual annually (April), and circulate updated versions.
• Ensure timely issuance of Notices and Termination Letters as per company policy.
• Handle payroll coordination:
• Staff Salaries: Verify and seek approval by the 10th of every month.
• Labour Wages: Process and seek approval prior to release.
• Labour Advances: Disburse before the 30th of each month.
• Labour Payments: Ensure payment before the 15th of each month.
• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, and labour regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement an annual Appraisal Policy and process.
• Plan and execute:
• Monthly team-building initiatives
• Annual engagement events
• Festive and cultural celebrations
3. Office Administration & Facility Management
• Oversee company-wide communication:
• Manage incoming emails: categorize, label, and route to concerned departments.
• Draft professional emails, notices, and letters for outgoing communication.
• Manage social media responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule festive e-greetings.
• Maintain a professional presence on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Supervise office support staff (runner and office boy) for operational efficiency.
• Monitor daily office hygiene and facility upkeep:
• Desks, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Ensure compliance and timely renewal of site-specific insurance policies (WC & CAR).
• Coordinate legal compliance in collaboration with legal advisors.
• Handle guest relations, including:
• Visitors, vendors, clients, and project architects.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• In-depth understanding of HR operations, labour laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS tools.
• High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR & Admin managerial role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
