About The Role

We are seeking an energetic and dependable HR & Admin professional with 4–5 years of experience to oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure seamless administrative functioning. You’ll play a key role in nurturing our team, maintaining an efficient workplace, and supporting overall employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities: HR Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records in HR system.
• Be responsible for the payroll collaboration with finance
• Manage organizational changes (promotions, role changes, etc.) as well as compensation and benefits administration (employment agreements, appraisals, bonuses, etc.)
• Execute employee engagement activities, internal communication, and team events.
