About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist the admin team in proper implementation, monitoring, and control of procurement/invoice processes through organization portals 2. Assist the team in handling receipt of shipments and logistics processes 3. Assist manager in processing requests for visas, identity cards, and other documents in accordance with requirements 4. Manage the arrangement of travel and hotel reservations, preparation of travel authorizations 5. Perform office clerical duties in support of the assigned department or division or manager 6.
