Job Description
My client is a Harrow based school looking to recruit a full time, permanent HR Administrator to support the HR Manager in the delivery of a complete HR service across the school.
The Role Will Include
• Manage HR administration processes specific to the school environment
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information with discretion
• Collaborate with school leadership to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Provide support in addressing all school recruitment activities, including job spec production, advertising and interview scheduling
• Processing of all DBS application for new staff
• Managing of all payroll details, new starters, changes in contracts etc to provide to external payroll provider
• Helping the HR Manager improve the overall HR efficiency within the school
Applications are sought from candidates with proven HR experience gained within a School environment, ideally with some CIPD studies. You’ll have strong interpersonal and communication abilities, alongside sound organisational and time-management skills.
