I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join an exceptional business, on a temporary 12 month FTC . The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn. Day to day life as a HR Administrator – Deliver HR administrative support to both clients and the business. Involvement within recruitment and the onboarding process of new starters. Tracking training and organising any refreshments that need to be conducted. Communicating correspondence of letters regarding contracts, dismissals, meetings and pay. Updating records and following GDPR processes. Monitor absences, sickness and timekeeping of employees. Monitor and manage the HR inbox – answering any HR queries. Attend HR meetings. Requirements for the role of a HR Administrator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in Microsoft and Office packages. Strong IT Skills Attention to detail. Proactive and confident approach to tasks. Time management and organisation skills. Able to work to strict deadlines. Comfortable and professional in difficult situations. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
