Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department. The HR Admin role at Anytime Diesel is focused on people operations and unique culture in terms of how we recruit, hire, and develop outstanding people. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Your primary administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate is organized, has experience with HR procedures, and can juggle various administrative tasks on time. We are also looking for a problem solver, with great attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws and Anytime Diesel policies.
Responsibilities:
Monthly payroll processing, Compensation & Benefit programmes.
Maintain statutory compliances i.e., PF, ESIC, Labour welfare, Factories & labour department, Pollution Control Board, Inspections Etc.
Employee On-boarding and Exit formalities
Align with Company Global Policy
Monitor & Implement Learning programmes
Manpower management
Monitoring Casual worker’s attendance, Bill payments etc…
Monitor housekeeping activities.
Leave records of all employee and monthly report to CEO
Preparation of HR report such as absenteeism, OT, Training hrs. etc… as per requirement of management.
Coordinating with the auditors in ISO audits or any other statutory audits.
Maintain all employees’ master data and keep record of changes
Attending & resolving employee grievances on priority
Handling Admin activities e.g., taking care of Business official’s ticket reservations, accommodation, conveyance etc…
Prepare various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts, compensation lists, and more
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Revise company policies
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Create regular reports and presentations on HR (e.g. turnover rates) Assist recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and other HR staff with activities, such as onboarding of new recruits
Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
Qualifications:
MBA (HR) / PG Diploma in Human Resources
Competent in work with MS office- Excel, PPT etc…
Known about SAP/ Any HR software
English/ Hindi/ Telugu language proficiency
Minimum 4 years of work experience
Knowledge of labour law, PF, ESIC, PCB rules & acts etc.,
Learning Attitude
High ability to work in a team
