Job Location: - Mumbai (Thane) work from office
Job timing: 1pm- 10pm (Mon- Fri) / (Sat-Sun off)
Notice Period: - Immediate / 15 days/ 30days can apply
Total Experience: - 3 + Yrs. Handling payroll software including hr admin responsibility

The Role
We are looking for a Female/ Male HR admin based in the Thane Office.
She/ He will be managing employees all over India for offer letter signing, collecting required documents, Payroll requirements, Background checks, and anything related to the employees.
Updating internal databases with new hire information
Requirement:
1. 3 + yrs of experience as hr admin including management payroll software. (paybook software added advantage)
2. Basic knowledge of labor legislation
3. Experience using spreadsheets /maintaining database
4. Smart confident with good Organizational skills
5. Good verbal and written communication skills fluency
