Your role
You’ll be the main HR support for our managers and employees. It’s a hands-on generalist role where you step in, manage day-to-day needs, and keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
Provide practical, clear HR guidance to managers.
Support recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with our external partners.
Handle employee questions and day-to-day HR requests.
Manage employee relations issues with tact and good judgment.
Contribute to improving HR processes, tools, and initiatives.
Ensure policies are applied consistently and communicated clearly.
