As the HR Advisor, you will support all aspects of HR and end-to-end recruitment for subsidiaries of HBF. You’ll play a key role in helping our teams thrive by supporting leadership, promoting a culture of growth and innovation, and delivering exceptional HR support.
This is a fast-paced dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll enjoy a balanced mix of recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
Build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders, providing guidance and support on HR processes, legislation, policies and Talent Acquisition.
Support the team in managing variations in employment conditions and employee life cycle events.
Support the Implementation and management of HR policies, procedures, and our Enterprise Agreement.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and on boarding for our Queensland based roles
Manage employee relations (ER) cases, including performance management and grievances.
Conduct risk assessments to help mitigate people-related risks.
About You
You are an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’re solution-focused, and confident in your decision-making, you’re committed to balance business goals with compliance and operational success.
You’re a strong, communicator and negotiator, skilled at managing stakeholders effectively keeping everyone aligned. You proactively track key metrics and SLAs, always looking for ways to improve.
With a solid background in HR and recruitment, and a relevant qualification, you’re comfortable working autonomously and making decisions in line with legislation and organisational policies.
