About the Role
A high-impact strategic HR and talent acquisition position supporting fast-growing, well-funded companies across tech, AI, consumer, fintech, and new-economy sectors. This role requires deep ownership, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to work directly with founders and senior stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes at scale.
What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end hiring for leadership and critical roles across portfolio companies
• Act as a strategic HR advisor to founders and CXOs on org design, talent strategy, and scaling
• Build strong stakeholder trust through structured thinking, clear communication, and data-driven decisions
• Drive market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence
• Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment with founder-level ownership
What We’re Looking For
• 8–14 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive hiring, or strategic HR
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• Experience working with founders, senior leadership, or high-growth companies
• Ability to influence without authority and deliver outcomes as an individual contributor
• Ambitious, structured, high-IQ professional with a bias for action
