For our Human Resources Department in Kalyani Maxion Wheels Pvt. Ltd.,Pune - India, we are looking for a HR Analyst. Analyst - Plant HR Your future role Ensure availability of maxion (blue collars) and non-maxion employees (NAPS/BOAT/Contract) Liaison with local and government authorities Support Plant HR Supervisor in harmonious employee relations Pulse check for all kind of internal and external potential opportunities and challenges Support Plant HR Supervisor in Performance Management of blue collar employees Ensuring effective facility administration Supporting as an auditee for all statutory and customer audits Lead Improvement projects in respective area for effective HR management Deliver and source appropriate training for blue collars Your profile REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Work or Personnel Management Welfare Officer certification is a plus Experience of working in Matrix Organization Conflict Management Advanced Excel & presentation skills Strong analytical and quantitative competencies Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team Exposure to SAP and other progressive HR tools EXPERIENCE: At least 5+years of relevant experience with reputed Mfg.
